Actually I was checking it out the other night! excellent idea from a local person(s) personally I believe having our own community paper feels more direct to home, wasn't to keen on the new paper and heard other opinions about the new paper (Can't even remember the name of that paper) didn't help. Anyway look forward to still reading my weekly Wainuiomata news.

Just got hold of Wainuiomata Times about putting an advertisement in the paper and learned that it's a private news paper. They sound very nice on the phone and they are very easy to find (down Queens street) Yeah well can't really say too much in regard to "City Life" never gave it a chance but algood! Just wasn't the same I thought personally they had alot of information from over the hill considering we already have the "Hutt News" but thats my opinion anyway. Well time will only tell I guess "Wainuiomata times" felt the same? hence why they worked hard to put together a local community newspaper.

Ynui Technology is working towards an "online newsletter" which is currently in progress. This news letter will also be used to promote Wainuiomata further! - via email. -

Yeh tru, the reason I like the Citylife... Is it's nice and big to see, they put the news in there that we wanted and the wainuitimes didn't lol. Wainuitimes were supposed to say something about the Lil Saints hiphop dance group starting on the 3rd of August and it didn't but it was in the CityLife paper like it was finished last week with the edition too lol but all good, all the parents understood... They all turned up waiting at a locked door hahaha! Lucky for me turning up at the Rage FM at the same time.

I see well I can't really say anything wrong about Wainuiomata times and yes you have a fair opinion about how I see it from what you were saying, that they let you guys down am I right? Well "city life" who has had a lot of practise and should be pretty good towards getting things right after the many turns they have had perhaps? Wainuiomata times has only had 1 turn so far I believe and being it's first issue last week? I might just understand that practise makes better!

Not to say that I have completely given up on "city life" local information is good information just that if I personally wanted outside information other than Wainuiomata I would rather read the hutt news. Who knows whats ahead with both newspapers? perhaps local information
Did you laugh? I was trying to make a funny! -

Hehe... Would be good if they kept both editions, more info too... 1 would probably have more info than the other then we get all the news
